Online Applications
We have worked with several software companies to develop their online applications in recent years, but have partnered with ITQ Metis, who develop (on a continuing basis) and host an Admissions platform, a Bursary platform (Metis Bursaries) and an Immigration Manager platform (supporting child student sponsorship and the visa application process).
Metis Bursaries has been developed to follow Bursary Administration’s application form closely, and online applications will feed straight into Bursary Administration’s system so that the application can be assessed following the usual process.
Features include:
- Seamless transfer of assessments to Bursary Administration as required by the school
- Live information regarding offered dates for appointments, the agreed appointment date, and a notes field for schools’ information
- Allows full Bursary management and provides statistics for forecasting
- Fully branded to the school
- Forms are completely flexible for the school, but will be ‘set’ as far as the applicants are concerned
- Supports files of all types (from applicants)
- Translates into 109 languages
- Archives are readily accessible
- Monthly PEN-testing for complete data security
- All data is stored on UK Servers
- Full integration with Admissions and Immigration Manager platforms
- Reports are returned to the school using the system.
