For Applicants
We have a job to do, but we’re here to help you too, and will do our best to make sure you feel comfortable with the application process
If the school asks us to visit you at your home, we will be discreet: no-one other than you will know why we are visiting
If the school asks us to talk to you by Zoom/Teams, we will send an invitation to you within 24 hours before the appointment. We will never let anyone else into the meeting unless you have asked us to.
Our job is to prepare a report for the school, which includes some information about family life, jobs etc. and a ‘snapshot’ of the family budget so that the school can have an idea of how much they need to think about to support your child’s fees. The school has to justify its Bursary awards when it prepares its accounts, which means that we will need to see your financial documents so the school can truthfully record that they have the information necessary on which to base their award decision.
We will treat all the information you provide us with complete confidentiality, and can promise you that it is secure. Do click on ‘Data Protection and Privacy’ to discover how we deal with your information.
We always enjoy talking to parents, and although we take no part in the decision-making process, will always wish you well with your application
